Okanogan hillbilly
Puyallup Recording Company PRCo Seattle artist Gerald Lee Ames began
playing guitar at age 5 years.  His four GLA album credits include the 2006
release of
"Open Roads", the 2007 "Walk thru Fire" , "1993 Worldtime"
featuring song Demise
(
When Knignts Fall) and the
2008 GLA
"Cascade Country"

GLA has performed live concerts through
out the Northwest on stages ranging from
John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown band
to the hard hitting Seattle favorite "RAIL".

Originally from Eastern WA, GLA ventured
to the Seattle area in 1985, performed in the
Aberdeen area,  even discussed the
concepts of "Nirvana" with a certain barefoot
fella with his hair colored yellow.

Ames has been featured on a national
television syndication on
FOX, enjoyed
airplay on
Seattle's KISW, live on air
interviews by local radio stations
including the
CBS powerhouse 94.1 KMPS

A prolific writer, Gerald Lee Ames is currently
writing and recording material for several
upcoming PRCo Seattle album projects.
"Open Roads" is about
keeping the faith in self
freedom.   There are things in
life that can derail folks and
sometimes you just gotta hit
the road.  Go see fresh stuff.

Living true to your smile with
an open heart. Just keeping
things simple and getting back
to one's roots.

I hope you enjoy the journey of
a friendly trail, good friends,
and a course always traveled
on  open roads.
